Our administration team will be available to take any queries with regard to our services on 01952 200 003. If the team are busy attending to other calls this number will default to an answer phone; please don’t hang up, leave us a message with your contact details and one of the team will get back to you as soon as they are able.
The admin team are also on hand to assist with booking new appointments, changing appointments or to answer any queries regarding your care or treatment. If they are unable to answer your queries they will ensure that it is passed to the appropriate person. If this is the case they may not be able to deal with it immediately as the person may be dealing with other patients who are attending clinic. However your query will be logged, addressed and you will be contacted with an answer to your query.
If you have been sent an appointment and are unable to attend (whatever the reason), we would really appreciate it if you would let us know as soon as you are able to(contact number 01952 200 003). ‘DNAs’ (did not attends) are very costly to the service and we have a number of patients who are able to attend our clinic at short notice. Therefore if we have notice of your intention not to attend your appointment we can offer it to someone else. We would really appreciate your help in driving down our DNA rate as this ensures that Patients are seen as quickly as possible and also helps with our waiting time targets.
We also have a helpline number for patients whereby they can speak to one of our Clinical Nurse Specialist on 01952 208 566. If your call is out of normal office hours or they are dealing with patients in clinic there is an answer phone for you to leave a message. The Nurse Specialist will return your call as soon as she is able to.
Without our patients this service would not survive; we would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patients for helping to make this service a success. We are always looking for ways to improve the service and would welcome any thoughts or feedback that you may have to help us to deliver an effective and quality service.
